Pi(e) Competition at Blackadder Brewing

Time for the annual Pi Day Pie Competition! We will be hosting the competition on Saturday, March 9th.
Have a favorite recipe? Prizes & bragging rights at stake! Pies can be sweet OR savory.
Pies will be judged on the following criteria:
1. Overall Appearance:
Pre-Slicing (Evenness of crust/ topping)
After-Slicing (Consistency of filling)
2. Taste:
Flavor (Strength and Balance)
Mouthfeel (appropriateness)
Crust (Flaky, Soggy, Mealy)
Aftertaste
3. Creativity/Presentation
Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places. One entry per person.
We’re accepting 20 entries in total. The first 20 people to email us will be entered into the competition.
