Thank you for submitting your event the the VisitGainesville.com event calendar. Complete the form below to add details, including a short description and photo. Showcase your event to a wider audience, completely free of charge.

Please note: If your "venue" or "organizer" does not appear in the drop-down menu, complete your entry without the venue, then email [email protected] with your venue details. A member of the website content team will be happy to update the venue information. Once your venue has been entered into the system, it will remain available for future calendar entries.

• I am the event owner or designated responsible party and have the authority to submit the event and release and authorize the County to display and reproduce the given image, photo, logo, or other work including but not limited to, websites, social media, the What’s Good guide of events.
• Discriminatory acts or practices are prohibited. The organization shall not discriminate on the basis of any characteristic protected under applicable federal, state, or local law.
• In accordance with applicable law, events whose purpose is to promote the religion of the provider, be significantly sectarian in nature, involve religious indoctrination, require participation in religious ritual, or encourage the preference of a religion are not to be submitted.
• The event is not political events or related to political activities.
• The event is fully accessible and complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

If you do not see your submitted event listed on the website after 72 hours, please email [email protected] to inquire.

Upon receipt by the County, submittals, including email addresses of organizers and all related content, become public records subject to the provisions Chapter 119 F.S., Florida Public Records Law.
Before publication, event submissions are reviewed for accuracy and editorial guidelines.
