European Artists in Postwar Excile Guest Artist Recital: Joseph Bognar, Piano

The UF Center for European Studies presents Guest Artist Joseph Bognar in a Piano recital in coordination with the European Artists in Postwar Exile Conference. Dr. Bognar will perform works by Györgi Ligeti, Györgi Kurtág, Unsuk Chin, and Navid Bargrizan. The event begins with a pre-concert talk by Dr. Navid Bargrizan, East Caroline University, followed by an artists’ panel discussion. These conversations will help place the recital pieces in the context of artists in exile.
