Amongst this impressive amount of legislative texts, some stand out as the most impactful and ambitious political pushes passed for the European Single Market.
The EU Deforestation Regulation, the Corporate Sustainable Reporting Directive, the Corporate Sustainable Due Diligence Directive, and the Forced Labour Regulation are cornerstones of the ecological and social ambitions of the EU and aim to deliver on lawmakers’ promises to make the EU globally proactive and level the playing field of the green transition.
