Join us on February 21st from 6–8pm for a special wine tasting event goes beyond the glass to explore the science involved in the art of winemaking with the Cade’s resident scientist and wine lover, Patty Lipka, and Chris Spangler from Negociants International.

We’ll be tasting six Australian wines from Yalumba, challenging your taste buds with comparison tests, and nibbling on hors d’oeuvres from Superette.

Featured Wine List: Organic Viognier, Eden Valley Viognier, Organic Shiraz, Barossa Shiraz, Bushvine Grenache, The Sanctum Cabernet, Wildly sparkling
