Thornebrook Village shopping center was one of the first retail condominium developments in Florida. Owning your own building helps give owners a sense of pride and permanence. But what you’ll notice more is the “shopping in a park” ambiance at Thornebrook Village.

There is a scent shop, a hand-dipped chocolates shop, art galleries, antiques, jewelry, fashions, specialty furniture, and custom framing. Dining options include a local favorite named Formaggio’s Bistro and Wine Bar & European Bistro. Out-of-town visitors can come for daily workouts at Gainesville Health and Fitness Center for Women. Thornebrook Village is located in northwest Gainesville.
