Presented by the City of Gainesville Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Affairs Department, the Asian Festival is a new annual event in Gainesville celebrating Asian Pacific Islander Desi American Heritage Month. On May 18, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., visitors can immerse themselves in Asian culture through food, craft vendors, and local tabling organizations hosting games and activities to learn more about Asian culture. Traditional and modern cultural performances are also featured, providing a glimpse into the vibrant tapestry of Asian heritage.
