2024 Alachua County Master Gardener Volunteer Plant Sale

The UF/IFAS Extension Alachua County Office is pleased to announce the Annual Master Gardener Volunteer Plant Sale on May 4, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at the Alachua County Agriculture & Equestrian Center (23100 W Newberry Rd., Newberry, FL 32669). Admission and parking are free.
The Master Gardener Plant Sale will have a variety of herbs, annuals, perennials, natives, trees and more will be available at exceptional prices. Master Gardener volunteers will be on site for advice on selection and care of your plants. We will also have plant and gardening presentations and informational booths.
This annual plant sale is a fundraiser for the Alachua County Master Gardener Volunteer Program. The proceeds are used throughout the community. The funds are used to support school and community gardens throughout the county, summer camp scholarships for youth and other educational workshops for the Alachua County community. In 2023, over 100 Master Gardener Volunteers gave more than 10,800 hours of service to the community.
