The Camellia Rose Inn is a beautiful Queen Anne home, originally known as Swearingen House, and built for Thomas J. Swearingen in 1903.

The rooms of the Camellia Rose Inn are very spacious, with large windows offering grand views of historic Gainesville. Each room is beautifully decorated with modern, conveniences yet maintain the feeling of a bygone era. A continental breakfast buffet is offered each morning for inn guests.
