Young Annasemble Spring Concert

May 21 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Free
spring concert

Young Annasemble (YAS) will give its annual spring concert, presenting a variety of fun and joyful music

YAS or Young Annasemble is a young people’s orchestra, under the organization of Annasemble Community Orchestra. Its members are 10-16 years old. They are joined by a few adults. The family music making atmosphere is encouraged in this vibrant group. No auditions are required for participation; just the desire to make music together. In the course of a year’s regular rehearsals the members develop their skills and the beginners learn from the more advanced players. The group has performed at different locations, including at the recent 5th Avenue festival and at the 50th celebration of the Hippodrome. We welcome you to join us in celebrating (string) music for young people. In case your young person has an interest in joining, but may not have an instrument or know the way to lessons, please contact Annasemble: www.annasemble.org
