Unwind with an imaginative afternoon where wellness meets wizardry during Wellness Wizardry Academy. Take part in a magical-school-inspired yoga and movement class, create a wellness potion, sample herbal tea and journey through a guided forest meditation. Trivia, games, treats, prizes and surprises add to the fun. Dress in magical-school colors, robes or other whimsical attire, and wear comfortable clothing for yoga. The immersive gathering combines creativity, mindfulness and play for an afternoon centered on relaxation and wonder.
