Workshop description:
In this 2-day class, look at the importance of myofascial opening in the torso and lymphatic stimulation in the limbs during pregnancy. Discuss changes to the body and how pregnancy affects the different systems, go over contraindications as well as cautions, and practice several moves in a well supported sideline position that will be great for all of your clients not just the pregnant ones.
You’ll have a 1 hour lunch from 1:00 to 2:00 You should bring two flat sheets and at least three to five pillows.
Class will consist of lecture demonstration hands-on practice and discussion.
