Dig into Prehistoric Palooza with fossil discoveries, dinosaur encounters, planetarium shows, and interactive science activities for all ages. Guests can meet paleontologists from the Florida Museum of Natural History and Museum of Earth Sciences, enjoy presentations on ancient animals and living fossils, and explore hands-on discovery stations throughout the day. The event also features fossil digs, keeper talks, food trucks, and appearances by the Gainesville Dino Wranglers. Planetarium presentations of “Dinosaurs: A Story of Survival” take place at 12 p.m. and 1 p.m., offering an immersive look into prehistoric life.
