Overview

Catch opening weekend of “Heathers: The Musical” at Gainesville Community Playhouse. Based on the cult-classic 1988 film, this darkly comedic rock musical follows high school student Veronica Sawyer as she navigates the pressures of high school and a dangerous romance that challenges her sense of identity. With a memorable rock score and sharp humor, the production explores teen rebellion and the lasting impact of bullying.
