Go behind-the-scenes and enjoy hands-on activities at the Florida Museum of Natural History. “Museum Fest: Explore What’s Next” features highlights from previous events like a dig pit and free plants in addition to behind-the-scenes tours of the butterfly and moth collections. Grab a bite to eat at a food truck and meet scientists from across the museum and university. Get a sneak preview of the mobile gift shop and learn where in the community the museum will show up next with pop-up events while the museum is being renovated. While admission and event activities are free, there is an admission charge for the Butterfly Rainforest exhibit.
