Follow a Dancer’s Journey from Rio to the World Stage in “A Wolf Among Swans”

Follow an inspiring journey through dance during a screening of “A Wolf Among Swans” at the Gainesville Latino Film Festival. Inspired by the life of Brazilian dancer Thiago Soares, the film follows a young dancer from the suburbs of Rio de Janeiro as he transitions from hip hop to classical ballet. Guided by Cuban mentor Dino Carrera, Thiago navigates personal and professional challenges on his path toward becoming a principal dancer with London’s Royal Ballet.
