Our bread and pasta are made from freshly milled flour with no genetically modified ingredients. The bread is made with a natural leaven which has been cared for over a long period of time. Slowing down the bread making process gives it more flavor. It’s also healthier. The only ingredients in our bread are flour, filtered water and Himalayan salt. Our hand rolled pasta is made from organic durum flour which gives it the best possible quality. Enjoy!
