Mildred’s supports sustainability and farm-to-table by buying as locally as possible. Our beef and pork come from the University of Florida and most of our vegetables are sourced from Gainesville’s local farms when they are in season. All of our food is made from scratch every day and the menu changes frequently to showcase the freshest of what Gainesville has to offer.
