Daft Cow Brewery

Opening its doors in 2022, Alachua County’s newest brewery is also the City of Alachua’s first craft brewery! Located Inside the San Felasco Tech City Center, the Daft Cow taproom is a modern yet cozy environment that mixes both rustic contemporary and industrial styles, with plenty of seats, bar swings, and lounge chairs to enjoy the experience. With a 3 ½ barrel system, the brewery specializes in English and Irish-style beers as well as American styles.
