Home of the 2025 World Masters Athletics Indoor Championships
Alachua County made history by hosting the indoor track and field championships for the first time in the United States. Over 3,700 participating athletes representing 98 countries competed at the Alachua County Sports and Events Center and at West End Park. After eight days of competition, the 2025 World Masters Athletics Indoor Championships came to a close with 120 championship records and 38 new world records.
