Explore the two trails that lead from the farm yard to the wood lands surrounding the farm. In the right season you might see Bald Eagles, Sandhill Cranes or deer. Look for the footprints of the many smaller creatures that inhabit the area. Adjacent to the park are a county boat ramp and picnic area. From here you can explore the lakes and creeks that are featured in RawlingsÕ writing. The park is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The farm yard grove and nature trails are open from 9 to 5 daily throughout the year.
