The Gainesville Woman’s Clubhouse was built in 1961, sits on five acres, and has been a Gainesville landmark and a community treasure. In 2021, the Clubhouse was designated by the State of Florida as a State Historical Site.

Gainesville Woman’s Club has a beautiful and multi-functional space with a FULL KITCHEN that has hosted everything from basic board meetings to holiday parties to conferences and weddings.

There are 3 primary areas within the clubhouse available for rental:

20th Century Room: 20’3″ wide x 26′ 8″ length -~540 sq ft
Board Room: 20’5″ wide x 35′ length – ~714 sq ft
Ballroom: 46′ wide x 82′ length – ~3772 sq ft with raised stage 12′ wide x 23’3″ length – ~279 sq ft
