Start by seeing what’s in bloom at the annual UF Poinsettia Sale, featuring more than 4,000 plants and 40 varietals. Step into a real-life Norman Rockwell scene with charming events like the Holiday Stroll in Micanopy with live music, plein air painting, gift boutiques and Santa on the steps of the decorated Herlong Mansion. Be sleighed by the cool rides at the Waldo Car Show and Toy Drive or cheer for your favorites at the City of Alachua Christmas Parade.

Enjoy exceptional dining at Swallowtail Farm’s farm-to-table dinner with a menu created by Alpin Bistro chefs, or delight in the magic of dance with Nutcracker Under the Stars presented by Dance Alive National Ballet and with Dancecompany’s Cinderella. Celebration Pointe hosts Gainesville Big Band at Jazz on the Green and Rising Appalachia rocks Heartwood Soundstage with their unique brand of global music with southern roots.
