Tuesdays class is a moderate-paced class with an emphasis on strength building and alignment. We will incorporate various breathing techniques and visualization into our practice. Everyone is welcome!
Thursdays class is a slower paced class with an emphasis on renewing and restoring the body while settling into your breath. Class focuses on alignment-based asana practice to increase both your stability and flexibility and find more balance and connection to yourself. Everyone is welcome!
