Writing the Hippodrome History

Author Richard Gartee will discuss the ins and outs of researching and writing about the Hippodrome theatre’s history for his latest book, The Hippodrome Theatre First Fifty Years. His talk will include what resources were used, how interviews were conducted, and the overwhelming task of organizing fifty years and 440 theatrical productions into an engaging narrative that readers would enjoy.

Joining Richard in the program will be Shamrock McShane, actor, director, and author of Hall of Fools.
