UNITY HOSTS SINGING BOWL DEMONSTRATION & MEDITATION

On March 19th following the service at Unity of Gainesville, Rev. Virginia Walsh will teach how to meditate and relax with sounds from Tibetan and Quartz Crystal Bowls. “The sound vibrations of Singing Bowls helps harmonize and balance human energy fields and physical bodies, allowing people to access higher levels of consciousness,” says Walsh.
The public is invited to attend this event at Unity of Gainesville, 8801 NW 39th Ave, at approximately 12:30 PM on March 19th. A donation of $15 is recommended.
