third friday concert poster

Join a celebration of traditional and new Catholic chant and polyphony, sung by a 24-person choir from around North and Central Florida. The concert will feature plain chants such as Creator Alde Siderum and Victimae paschali laudes (the Paschal Sequence), as well as modern compositions from Ola Gjielo, Zachary Landress, Paul Manz, and more. This is the second concert in the Ever Ancient, Ever New series, which brings together parish music directors, church singers, musicians, and composers from throughout North-Central Florida who are passionate about sacred music, celebrating its role in the life and liturgy of the Church, and spreading the joy of the faith through music.
