Sound baths are immersive experiences that use resonant sounds to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.
Enjoy a facilitated Drum circle as you take a rhythmic journey. Participants are encouraged to dance when inspired. Release endorphins and flood your body with oxygen. You will also learn how to use harmonic instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and gongs. After releasing anxious energy , the group will split into two halves. One will play for the other. then switch. Everyone should get plenty of meditation time and play time.
Remember, sound baths are not just about hearing—it’s about feeling the vibrations resonate within you.
Instruments provide by Paralounge. Inc. Djembe drums, shakers, tambourines, wood percussion, bells, singing bowls tuning forks and gongs
