parkrun is a free, weekly, timed 5K at Depot Park. Participants can walk, jog or run. The community is encouraged to get active at their fitness and ability level. parkrun is a global movement that started in the UK and quickly spread across the world. Every Saturday over 1,700 events occur with more than 150,000 participants globally.
Participants register for once for free at parkrun.us/register and bring the emailed barcode to the event. parkrun starts promptly at 7:30 am at Depot Park’s East Overlook.
