Featuring live ‘Old Time Southern String’ music in the garden by The Baldwins, complimentary hors d’oeuvres and wine tasting, a book talk/signing by Dr. Robert Knight, and an opportunity to pose for a picture with Miss Mermaid Florida 2021, this event kicks off the 11 year anniversary for the Florida Springs Institute!
Explore the North Florida Springs Environmental Center exhibits throughout the night, such as the manatee skeleton, resident Peninsula Cooter turtle “Poseidon”, Santa Fe River and Suwannee River fossil case, and interactive Florida Springs Map. Florida Springs Institute Staff will be available for questions!
