March 8-9, 2022 marks the 5th Annual Inspiring Women Leaders (IWL) Conference that will be hosted at the University of Florida Hilton Conference Center as a hybrid event format for attendees to have the option to participate in person or virtually. This event will feature engaging keynote and general session talks, interactive breakout sessions tracks, and social networking opportunities hosted by the University of Florida Office of Professional and Workforce Development and Warrington College of Business.
The theme for the 2022 IWL event is Navigating the Future and will focus on actively creating a brighter future by building value in networking and professional development:
• Blaze Your Trail – Breaking free from self-limitations, finding a sense of belonging and building meaningful relationships.
• Seek More Adventure – Learning to embrace change, prepare for opportunities and take risks.
• Discover New Strategies – Welcoming new possibilities and having an open mind to unlock innovative solutions.
The Inspiring Women Leaders (IWL) Conference began in 2018 with the goal to keep dialog open to inform and transform the way men and women think about, and respond to, women in leadership. IWL is aimed at offering exceptional ideas, tools, networking and learning opportunities to transform individuals from a good leader into a great leader. Each year the conference is aligned with Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day (March 8th). To learn more about the Inspiring Women Leaders Conference visit: http://www.iwl.aa.ufl.edu
