Come to our next movie night to meet Mermaid Michi, as seen in Netflix’s MerPeople!
On Friday, August 18th, there will be an FSI Movie night at the Florida Springs Welcome Center (18645 High Springs Main Street, High Springs). Mermaid Michi will be joining us for a showing of the first two episodes of MerPeople! MerPeople is a docu-series on the whimsical world of professional mermaiding, where people’s passion for swimming in fins has exploded into a half-billion-dollar industry.
This is a family-friendly event! There is no charge for entry, however, they do ask that a donation of $5-$20 be made to help cover the cost of the event. Donations can be made online on the events page, or can be made at the door. Doors open at 6:00pm, and the first episode will start promptly at 6:30pm. Popcorn and soda will be offered during the event.
