First Magnitude beer launch Sept. 30 supports Florida Museum butterfly conservation efforts

The Florida Museum of Natural History and First Magnitude Brewing Co. will host a fundraiser to help support butterfly conservation on Friday, Sept. 30, from 5 to 8 p.m. First Magnitude will release a new imperial stout style brew called “Reign,” highlighting the monarch butterfly as part of the Restore the Reign of the Monarch campaign. Merchandise will also be available for purchase, including tulip beer glasses and a coloring book about monarchs. The first 100 customers to purchase a “Reign” can or bottle will receive a swamp milkweed plant. All proceeds will be used for monarch habitat restoration.
