Black Like He | A Theatrical Experience

Join UF College of the Arts for a theatrical journey exploring individual and collective mental health, trauma’s impact and the power of connection. Black Like He is a multidisciplinary theatrical exploration of the intricacies of life through the unique lens of Black men. With the poignant expression of simple moments and complex emotions, universal humanity is revealed and woven with poetry, movement, and music. This production is a journey of joy and authentic experiences that explores it all, from mental health, untreated trauma’s impact, and the beauty found in friendships. All attendees are invited to a pre-performance mixer starting at 6:30p on July, 21st performance.
