🌿✨ Welcome to Acu-Den, where community acupuncture is reimagined for a transformative and immersive healing experience!

🧘‍♂️ Join an evening of connection, relaxation, and inner exploration.
🎭 This is a space to fully express and feel what you are feeling.
🌼 It’s a space to allow your authentic being to shine forth and access your own body’s innate wisdom and healing abilities.

It’s like a restorative version of ecstatic dance—more cozy corners, more relaxed music, but still a sacred, no-judgment, no-talking container where you can fully be yourself.
Each month will focus on a different intention for the acupuncture points and guided meditation. Then you can carry that theme into your own personal journey.

📍Receiving needles is entirely optional and sold as a separate add on. Through energy healing & guided meditation, those who do not purchase the add on will still receive the benefits of the acupuncture treatment!
Acupuncture is fundamentally an energetic medicine, so with reiki, guided acupressure, and the energy of the treatment permeating the entire immersive experience, you will still find you’ve received a powerful treatment, with or without needles.

🌸 Opening Circle:
Begin by joining together in a circle to discuss the acupuncture treatment for the evening, do some guided acupressure of the points, and embark on a guided meditative journey.

🎶 Music Journey:
After circle, a 90-minute music journey through the five elements begins. Once the music starts, there is no talking. You are invited to simply flow and feel in a non-linear way, creating your own unique healing experience.

🎨 Creative Spaces:
Explore cozy corners, an art station, a poetry station, sensory toys, and room to dance. Be in the space however feels best to you!

💉 Acupuncture Treatment:
Throughout the evening, if you’ve purchased the Acupuncture Add-on, you will be pulled aside one at a time to receive needles in the acupuncture corner. Everyone receives the same three-point treatment, which serves as the theme for the evening.

The treatment touches on something deeply human and universal, allowing it to integrate within your being in its own unique way. Themes include inner child healing, shadow work, self-trust, and more.
You’ll receive needles one three points without leaving the needles in, so you can return to the space to continue flowing and integrating your treatment. The entire experience, even when not receiving needles, contributes to the healing journey.

💖 Closing Circle:
After the 90-minute music journey, join back together for a final closing circle. You’ll have the opportunity to leave and continue integrating at home, or stay for heart shares and continued time with the community.

What to Wear/Bring:
Wear something you feel good in! If a particular treatment requires specific attire (e.g., shorts or loose pants), you’ll be notified in advance. Generally, treatments will focus on the hands, arms, feet, head, or face.

🔮 Meet Your Guide: Kate Hemingway 🔮
Kate is a licensed acupuncturist in the state of Florida and NCCAOM certified. Kate has been a practicing Reiki master for five years and have been facilitating group meditations and internal meditative journeys during that time as well. Kate is committed to seeing and supporting the health and divinity within each person who crosses their path. When space is nurtured for the highest self to shine forth, rather than focusing on pathology, magic beyond what could have predicted begins to unfold. Healing becomes a delightful and never-ending journey that can share joyously with loved ones and community.
