This event is designed to help you understand what adverse childhood experiences are, how to identify them, and how to prevent them from happening. Through this workshop you will learn about some self-care tips and resources to help anyone that has been through childhood trauma. At the end there will be time for you to release some of your feelings and start the healing process through art. Don’t miss this opportunity to embark on a journey of healing and growth.
