2020 Fall Parade of Homes™

An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Sunday and Saturday, repeating until November 15, 2020
Since 1958, the Parade of Homes™ has featured over 2000 brand new homes in over 300 neighborhoods throughout Alachua County. The Parade showcases the latest in home design and décor with the most up-to-date energy saving construction techniques and the newest in land development. This event is hosted by the Builders Association of North Central Florida and is held annually in the Spring and Fall.
Each Parade Home is a collective effort of numerous people who combine their talents and resources to show the public the newest ideas in the housing industry. Builders, developers, subcontractors, lenders, suppliers, designers, and many others have put their best foot forward to present the best our industry has to offer.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
No – everyone is welcome to attend! We encourage you to bring your friends, family, and guests! Admission is Free.
2. What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Parade homes are located throughout Alachua County. The official Parade map will be available online prior to the opening date at www.bancf.com. Make your way to each location – there will be signage directing you to each Parade house from the neighborhood entrance. Parking varies per home with instructional signage at each location.
3. How are you practicing state and local COVID-19 guidelines?
At each Parade Home, the following guidelines will be adhered to:
-Hand sanitizing liquid and/or gel will be available for each visitor
-Face masks will be required per county and state law
-Sanitizing the home will occur throughout the day as well as at the end of each day
-Social distancing will occur between groups
-No more than the current maximum group occupancy ordinance will be allowed in the home at a time
-At least two people will be present within the home when you arrive to help maintain social distancing and to adhere to the current maximum group occupancy ordinance
