Four miles to the west of High Springs Campground is the historic town of High Springs well known for its many antique and specialty shops. Within a short drive, you will find the Santa Fe and Ichtucknee Rivers, popular for canoeing, tubing and scuba diving. High Springs Campground is located a short 20 mile drive north of Gainesville. The old oak trees at High Springs Campground provide plenty of shade for the 45 full-hookup large pull-through sites. Five grassy, shady tent sites are also available. The campground offers free wi-fi access, a swimming pool, playground facilities, a bath house, and laundry facilities.
