VisitGainesville offers a Conference Grant that, depending on the size of your conference, can reimburse the organization hundreds to thousands of dollars for meeting expenses. With the two cycles each year, Spring and Fall, there is ample opportunity for the meeting professional to apply for this very worthwhile benefit.
Additionally VisitGainesville offers the fun Historic Downtown Gainesville Dine-Arounds for the conference attendees to enjoy while they are in Gainesville for their meeting. This makes a fun, memorable evening indeed.

Opens March 1st, 2012
- Grant Workshop March 8, 10 AM to Noon, Community Treasure Conference Room, 12 SE 1st Street, County Administration Building
- Deadline for turning in application - 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 30, 2012
- Review by Alachua County Staff- April 2-13, 2012
- Review by TDC Subcommittee - April 16 to May 4, 2012
- TDC approval of fund allocations - May 16, 2012
